Before your session, your therapist will discuss your health history and preferences. You'll then have time to undress to your comfort level and relax under a sheet before the massage begins.

3. Do I need to undress completely?
Only undress as much as you feel comfortable. You will be properly draped at all times to ensure privacy and modesty.

4. How often should I get a massage?
Frequency depends on your individual needs. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others come biweekly or monthly for general wellness and stress relief.

5. What if I feel discomfort or pain during the massage?
Please speak up at any time. Your comfort is our priority, and the therapist can adjust the technique or pressure as needed.

6. Should I arrive early for my appointment?
Yes, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to fill out any necessary forms and begin your session on time.

7. What types of massage do you offer?
We offer a variety of massage styles including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu, Hot Stone, Prenatal, and more. Each is tailored to your needs and preferences.

8. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

11. Can I get a massage if I’m pregnant?
Yes, we offer safe and relaxing prenatal massage for expecting mothers in their second or third trimester. Please inform us when booking and fill out the “Prenatal intake form” before your first session online or paperwork in person onsite.

12. Do you offer couples massage?
Unfortunately, we only have one therapist, so yes, you'll need to wait one by one.

13. How do I book an appointment? Do you talk walk-in?

16. Do you sell gift certificates?

We use high-quality, hypoallergenic oil-grape seed oil and unscented lotion and cream. Let us know if you have any allergies or sensitivities.

20. Can children or teens get a massage?
Yes, with parental consent. For minors under 18, a parent or guardian must sign a consent form and may need to be present during the session. Go to “Intake form/Policy” Page.

21. Is massage safe after surgery or injury?
Massage can support recovery, but it depends on the type and timing of the surgery or injury. Always consult your physician first and let us know before booking.

22. Do you offer prenatal or postpartum massage?
Yes! We offer both. Prenatal massage is designed for comfort and safety during pregnancy, while postpartum massage supports recovery and relaxation.

23. What if I need to cancel due to illness?
Please stay home if you’re sick. We appreciate advance notice and may waive cancellation fees in cases of illness to protect staff and clients.

24. What kind of massage is best for stress relief?
Swedish massage, Aromatherapy massage, or Hot Stone therapy are great options for full-body relaxation and stress relief.

25.What should you do after massage session?

To maximize the benefits of your massage, follow these easy steps at home:

  • Drink Water– Stay hydrated to flush out toxins and keep muscles refreshed.

  • Rest & Relax – Allow your body to recover. Avoid heavy workouts for the rest of the day.

  • Use Heat or Cold if Needed

  • Warm shower or heating pad for sore/tight muscles

  • Cold pack for swelling or inflammation

  • Gentle Stretching – Light stretches help maintain flexibility. Don’t overdo it.

  • Light Movement – A short walk or easy movements improve circulation.
